Welcome Café
The next Welcome Café will be on Wednesday 1st July 2026, 11.30am-1.30pm. The Welcome Café will continue every Wednesday morning from 11.30am. We encourage you all to come along and bring your friends.
Commonwealth Games – opening the church to visitors
During the Commonwealth Games, we are proposing to open the sanctuary to visitors at the following times:
Sunday 26th July 1.00pm-4.00pm
Wednesday 29th July (during Welcome Café) 11.30am-4.00pm
Sunday 2nd August 1.00pm-4.00pm
For this to happen, we need volunteers!! Please consider giving your time to welcoming visitors and showing them round the sanctuary (there will be information sheets on the history of the building to help you). We would be looking for at least 2 people during each session. If you can help out at any of these times, please speak to Kenny or Ian.
Communications
We operate a congregational-wide email list that keeps you up to date with any church news throughout the week. If you would like to sign up, please email stawpc@gmail.com asking to join. If you have any news you would like to share, please use the same email address to share it with the list.
Free-Will Offering
As part of worship, a cash free-will offering is taken and uplifted, the proceeds of which directly go to support the life and work of our church. There is no obligation to contribute, and you are more than welcome to simply pass the bag on to your neighbour.
If you would prefer to contribute electronically, then offerings may also be made via the Church bank account. Details are:
