Our interim moderator is the Rev Murdo MacLean.
St Andrew’s West is currently in a period of vacancy, following the recent departure of our previous minister, Rev. Dr. Kleber Machado. During this period, Rev Murdo MacLean, minister of Carmyle and Kenmuir Cornerstone Church of Scotland, is also acting as our interim moderator.

Kirk Session
Our kirk session is the body of individuals responsible for overseeing both our local congregation and wider parish life, and is made up of both elders and our minister. At St Andrew’s West, the session oversees both pastoral and organisational aspects of the congregation, and currently consists of twelve individuals.
Through the week, our sanctuary and associated suite of halls is managed by the Renfield Centre. Their staff include:
